Kirk H. Milling, President & CEO

Kirk Milling became President & CEO of OCI Chemical Corporation on January 1, 2009 and was appointed to the representative positions of Director and President of OCI Enterprises Inc.;Director and President & CEO of OCI Chemical Corporation;Partnership Commitee Member and Presidnt & CEO of OCI Wyoming, L.P. and serves on the Board of Directors for ANSAC (Westport, CT).

Since joining OCI in 1999, he previously held the positions of Logistics Manager, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Marketing & Sales and most recently General Manager, Soda Ash. In addition, Mr. Milling has over 20 years’ total experience in the chemical industry having held various positions in sales, marketing, and management for Stauffer Chemical Company and Rhone-Poulenc.

Mr. Milling has an MBA in Marketing/Finance from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University.

Paul Francese, CFO

Paul Francese has been Chief Financial Officer of OCI Chemical Corporation since December, 2004. As CFO, Mr. Francese provides leadership in the areas of Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Information Technology. Mr. Francese reports directly to the President & CEO.

Prior to OCI, Paul had 25 years of broad experience in world-class, international organizations, both private and public. He served in key financial positions at General Electric,, United Technologies Corporation, Litton Industries, Pitney Bowes, and Cannondale.

As Vice President-Finance for Pitney Bowes, Paul spearheaded the successful acquisitions of three diverse businesses in the United States and Europe, increasing revenue by 60% for the Business Unit. As Chief Financial Officer for Cannondale, he chaired a global cost containment team and negotiated amendments to loan agreements, increasing loan availability and improving covenants. He has a history of success in restructurings and turnarounds as well as divestitures, mergers, acquisitions and cash management.

Mr. Francese holds an MBA from the University of New Haven, a BA from Rutgers University, and is a graduate of the General Electric Financial Management Program (FMP). He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Mail Code Inc., Cannondale Europe, Japan and Australia, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for EkO Peroxide LLC. Mr. Francese is also a member of Financial Executives International (FEI) and Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

Patrick Robertson,
Director, Human Resources

Patrick (Pat) Robertson joined OCI as Director, Human Resources in April, 2010. Mr. Robertson is responsible for all aspects of OCI’s Human Resources function, including the strategic vision, direction and alignment of all functional initiatives within the overarching business strategy. Serving as a key member of the OCI Leadership Team, Mr. Robertson provides strategic leadership to the HR teams in Atlanta, GA, Green River, WY and Decatur, AL. Mr. Robertson reports directly to the President & CEO.

Prior to OCI, Mr. Robertson held executive Human Resources positions with the Societe Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronautiques (SITA), Cummins Engine Company and the Michelin Tire Corporation.

Mr. Robertson holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Timothy Cunningham,
Director, Operations

Tim Cunningham has been Director of Operations for OCI Chemical Corporation since Feburary, 2009. In this position, Mr.Cunningham is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company's overall manufacturing efforts in continuing manufacturing excellence across the company. Purchasing and Logistics is also under his leadership. Mr. Cunningham reports directly to the President & CEO.

Prior to OCI, Mr. Cunningham accumulated 25 years of experience in the chemical industry primarily with Rodia Inc. and its predecessors (Rhone Poulenc and Stauffer Chemical). During this time he gained broad experience in manufacturing, research & development and business management. His commercial experience includes several business acquisitions and joint ventures.

Mr. Cunningham holds an MBA from Keller graduate School in Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.

Scott Schreiber,
Director, Marketing & Sales

Scott Schreiber has been Director Marketing & Sales for OCI Chemical Corporation since February, 2009. Mr. Schreiber is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the commercial efforts of both Soda Ash and Sodium Percarbonate business. OCI Europe, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Technical service are under his leadership. Mr. Schreiber reports directly to the President & CEO.

Prior to joining OCI, Mr. Schreiber had over 15 years of experience in the chemical industry, especially in Soda Ash, Sodium Bicarbonate and Caustic Soda, in Quality Control, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Marketing and Management.

Mr. Schreiber has Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Rocky Mountain College.

William Lapidus,
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

William “Bill” Lapidus became General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in July, 2009. Mr. Lapidus is responsible for leading OCI Group’s legal affairs, ensuring maximum protection of OCI’s legal rights. Mr. Lapidus also manages the Legal Department, oversees the work of outside counsel and is directly involved in complex business transactions involving negotiation of critical contracts and mergers and acquisition activities. Mr. Lapidus reports directly to the President & CEO.

Prior to OCI, Mr. Lapidus served in the role of Senior Division Counsel for the Chemicals Division of Georgia-Pacific in Atlanta. He brings to OCI over 20 years experience in the legal profession, having also held positions with Mindis Corporation and Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy.

Mr. Lapidus holds a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law and a BA Degree in Political Science from American University.
